Return to Office
Return to Office turns the post-pandemic corporate comeback into a landscape of oversized desk supplies. Interacting with these elements suggests navigating the awkward, chaotic, and nostalgic realities of going back to in-person office work.
About the Artists
Annette Becker is an art educator and fashion historian. She is the director of the UNT Texas Fashion Collection, a part-time PhD student in the UNT History program, and the proud caretaker of a pet pig and entirely too many houseplants.

Lauren Huber is an artist/maker and user experience designer who creates work that bridges the gap between digital and analog to spark curiosity, learning, and engagement. She constructs artwork, apparel, and creative experiments with fabric, thread, paper, drawing, and collage.

The invisible cost (of disability and chronic illness)
This concept is centered around all of the medical waste, overwhelm of new diagnosis, and food allergies that are generated by being disabled and chronically ill. Disability is the only minority group that anyone can join at anytime. This leaves the question of why isn’t our world more accessible?
About the Artist
Katherine Waddell (she/they) is an multidisciplinary artist who focuses on art centered around the neurodivergent, disabled, and queer experience. They own Faul Magic where she focuses on making art around their life experiences along with serving as both an advocate and consultant for accessibility, especially in the digital space.

As par as the eye can see
As Par as the Eye Can See is a sculptural installation and putt putt golf track. The putting green mixes patterns from transportation infrastructure and safety symbols. Mini golf is an accessible game that connects all ages through escapist themed environments with unique and imaginative themes that create a sense of adventure and escapism. Mini golf significantly plays with our sense of perceived scale; the correlation between the landscape and the body are “miniaturized” and often mix points of view. As Par as the Eye Can See puts the golfer into the POV of a driver on a highway passing multiple safety warnings.
About the Artist
Julie Libersat is a new media artist and associate professor of art, design, and technology at Texas Woman’s University. She has a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art (2003), an MFA in New Media (2016), and a MA in Art Education (2017), both from the University of North Texas. Libersat exhibits in the US and abroad including at the Dallas Contemporary Museum, Paseo Taos, and Museo de la Ciudad de México.
